Skill Name: Adept Enchanting [Source]
Description: Character with this skill may add Adept level magical properties to weapons, shields, armor, and trinkets.

Description: This skill allows a character to force a target to forget the previous 5 Minutes.

Skill Name: Basic Enchanting [Source]
Description: Character with this skill may add Basic level magical properties to weapons, shields, armor, and trinkets.

Skill Name: Bellow [Source] [Arcane]
Description: This skill allows a character to push back another by projection of their voice. Target is pushed back 10 steps from the user and the target takes 1 Damage.

Skill Name: Blind [Source] [Arcane]
Description: This skill allows a character to blind another. A blinded target must role-play blindness and may not use any weapons to attack or defend while Blind. Target is not to actually close eyes. Duration: 30 Seconds.

Skill Name: Clairvoyance [Source]
Description: This skill allows a character to see through solid objects. When this skill is used, the character must call a HOLD. At that point he may look on the other side of the solid object he is trying to see through. The user may look for 10 seconds and then the game will resume. Character must be able to touch the object he is trying to see through.

Skill Name: Cling [Source]
Description: This skill alters the characters Death Count. The user now has a 5 Minute first stage and a 1 Minute second stage for his Death Count.

Skill Name: Cloud Thoughts [Source]
Description: This skill allows a character to alter another character or creature’s memory of the previous 5 Minutes. If target is touched, then the target must disregard any true knowledge of the previous 5 Minutes and adopt the altered rendering. Memory is altered by the skill user.

Skill Name: Cone of Cold [Source] [Arcane]
Description: The character breathes out a burst of elemental frost. Three skill packets may then be used each dealing 3 Ice. In addition, all affected targets are Slowed as per the skill for 1 Minute.

Skill Name: Darkness [Source]
Description: The character coalesces the shadows around a single target to Blind him. This skill can only be used at night (6pm - 6am). Duration: 10 Seconds.

Description: This skill allows the character to Stun another. While stunned, the target may not move or use skills. Target is taken out of the Stun effect when they take any amount of damage. Duration: 10 Seconds.

Description: This skill allows a character to deprive a target of the ability to hear. A Deafened target may not receive the benefits of the skills Listen, Confidence, and Inspire; also takes 1 point of body damage. Body damage ignores soak. Duration: 10 Minutes.

Skill Name: Discorporate [Source]
Description: The character’s body becomes one with the darkness. This skill makes the user immune to physical effects and damage and unable to use physical effects or damage. The user can only use [Arcane] skills and items and can only be affected by [Arcane] effects. This skill may only be used at night (6pm - 6am). This skill may not be prematurely ended. Duration: 1 Minute.

Description: This skill allows a character to disguise themselves as a humanoid race. Duration: 1 Hour.

Skill Name: Dragon’s Breath [Source] [Arcane]
Description: The character breaths out a torrent of elemental fire that engulfs those nearby. Three skill packets may then be used each dealing 6 Fire.

Skill Name: Elemental Alignment [Source]
Description: Character with this skill becomes attuned to the elemental forces. The Character chooses one type of Element from the following list: Fire, Ice, or Shadow. All Energy-based skills of the chosen element cost -2 Energy to use.

Skill Name: Encase [Source]
Description: Creature with this skill can encase a target’s foot in ice. Creature with this skill throws a skill packet and call “Encase left [or] right foot.” The target can’t move that foot for the duration. Duration: 1 Minute. Break DC: 2

Description: Character with this skill may exhaust an attacker. All damage dealt is halved for the duration (all sources); rounded down, min. 1. Duration: 1 minute.

Description: The character summons forth an orb of pure elemental flame that explodes. This allows the use of a skill packet that can be thrown for 9 Fire.

Description: This skill allows the character to throw packets dealing 1 Fire.

Skill Name: First Aid
Description: Character with this skill may heal his target out of the 1st stage of their Death Count. This requires 1 minute of Roleplaying time and 3 minutes of recovery for the target. This requires the use of a first aid kit or bandages. Target is at 1 body upon completion.

Skill Name: Flametongue [Source]
Description: Bestows the power of elemental fire upon a single weapon wielded by the Sourcerer. This effect adds +1 Fire to the weapon damage. Duration: Encounter.

Description: Character with this skill may spend 2 minutes of role-playing to heal a target for 1 Body. He may only focus on one target at a time.

Description: Character with this skill may ignore an attack of a certain type. At the beginning of the period, character may pick 1 skill which they must write on their card and for the rest of the period may spend the energy cost of Foresight to ignore the effect.

Skill Name: Frost Armor [Source]
Description: The character is able to create elemental ice in the fashion of armor. The Energy cost grants 1 point of Armor. This can be done in any amount at one time and the Ice Armor stacks with itself. Using this skill requires 1 minute of role-playing time, no matter the amount that is applied at one time. This can only ever create a maximum of 50 points of Armor.

Skill Name: Gloom Blade [Source]
Description: Character with this skill may summon forth a Bladed Sphere or Small Weapon out of pure shadow and darkness. The character requires no skill to wield this weapon. A Gloom Blade deals 5 damage no matter how many hands it is wielded in. This skill can only be used at night (6pm - 6am). If the weapon is ever removed from their hands by any means, it dissipates and a new weapon must be formed. Duration: Encounter. Non-Stackable.

Description: Character with this skill who maintains physical contact with a single target who is afflicted by Poison, Disease, chaos mutation, a Severed Limb, and/or in their Death Count may halt the effects.

Description: Character with this skill is an incredible source of healing. The Sourcerer may heal another character for 1 Body by spending 2 of the willing target’s energy.

Description: The character forms a layer of hardened ice encompassing his entire person. The character is Slowed as per the skill and gains a soak of 5. Duration: Encounter

Skill Name: Ice Talon [Source]
Description: The character forms a freezing claw around his own hand. This allows the user to gain use of a single large claw dealing 3 Ice. This claw may be used in conjunction with any other weapon type. This skill may be used multiple times (to gain one per hand). The damage from this skill overrides any other damage Type but is added to Unarmed Combat damage. Duration: Encounter.

Description: This skill allows a character to identify magical properties of an item within 5 ft.

Description: The character summons forth a billowing cloud of black smoke filled with glowing embers that attempts to engulf its victim. This allows the use of a skill packet that can be thrown for 6 Fire and causes Pain for 1 Minute.

Description: Character with this skill may heal target for 1 Body. This does not heal the target out of their Death Count.

Description: A character with this skill gains an additional two Ranks when using Research on a specific topic they choose when purchasing this skill. The topic they choose cannot be changed and this skill can be purchased multiple times for different topics.

Description: Character with this skill may send a 30 word message to staff to target character or npc. The target of the Message automatically receives it unless they are further 5 miles away.

Description: Character with this skill is able to Paralyze their target. Duration: 30 Seconds.

Skill Name: Paralyzing Gaze [Source]
Description: Character with this skill may Paralyze a target as long as they maintain eye contact with them. Any effect that breaks eye contact besides natural blinking ends this effect.

Description: Character with this skill may walk through any solid object. Using this skill requires a 3 count. During the 3 count the character may still be attacked and harmed as normal. Once the user begins his 3 count, the Energy for this skill is expended. The 3 count must be said audibly enough for those around him to hear.

Skill Name: Rapid Recovery [Source]
Description: The character may touch a target that is suffering from a negative effect and halve the effects duration. This skill can be used on effects such as Blind, Stun, Silence, etc. This may also be used to shorten healing times such as Regeneration or potions that require a duration before the effect occurs. This skill, when used on a broken limb that has been set, causes the limb to be fully repaired and usable by the beginning of the next period.

Description: The character recovers 1 Body every 5 Minutes. This has no effect in the Death Count or during an encounter. If a character has a Broken Limb it recovers at the beginning of the next period after it was broken. If the character has a Severed Limb, it regrows and is fully functioning at the beginning of the next event.

Description: Character with this skill may instantly heal a Broken or Severed Limb that has already been set by a physician.

Skill Name: Research
Description: A character with Research can find information on a specific topic chosen by the player. Each month the character tries to Research, he gains 1 “Rank.” These Ranks are cumulative each event that the character continues to research on the same topic. A difficulty rank will be assigned by staff. Once the Ranks from Research meet the difficulty rank assigned, the character is able to find information. A character may find additional information based upon increments decided by staff if he chooses to continue Researching on a topic. If a character changes topics, he must start over based on the new topic.

Description: The character can return a targets vision or hearing. This only works on sentient beings and will restore a permanently Blinded or Deafened targets sense for the duration. Duration: 1 Hour.

Description: This skill allows the character to create Rune Focus tattoos upon their body. This process requires 1 unit of Source Crystal and 5 minutes of Roleplaying time applying the Rune. This Rune allows the character to use Source skills without carrying around Source Crystal. A single character may have multiple tattoos in multiple locations, this has no added effect.

Description: Character with this skill may cause target to flee. For duration of this skill the target is also under the effects of Pain. (Must be between 6 PM and 6 AM) Duration: 1 Minute.

Description: The character can move the amount of time of Poisons, Diseases, death count, or recovery time forward by 3 minutes. They must state the effect they are moving forward in time.
